One of the 12 plates was cracked into several large pieces

Another is warped on the edge, so when stacked, it looks like a mismatched set. You won't mistake these for fine china, but for the price, I'm OK with the 11 remaining plates. These replaced some cheap plastic plates we used to carry food to and from our outdoor grill and they're fine for that purpose. There was no way to get a refund or a replacement for the single broken plate. We kept the remaining ones, rather than repackage all the good plates and schlep a heavy box to UPS during the pandemic.
Ran them through the dishwasher and didn't notice any chips, as another reviewer posted. If they last more than a few years, the low price will have been worth it.
